Ratings and reviews

The limited payment methods force most users to rely on the booking system, which has many bugs. The booking expires in just two hours, and it doesn’t make sense to allow bookings at night when the counter is already closed. Additionally, there's no option to cancel a booking, and even if there are still 10 minutes left before the booking expires, tickets can’t be collected from the counter. I hope you consider proper QA testing before releasing updates to improve the overall user experience.

This is a great app but I think there's a bug in this system. When my booking code is time out and I tried to book again, the message "You need to purchase your booked seats first" pops up again and again. But there's no booking code in my "Booking Codes" section.

I can't book tickets... It says... "You can only proceed with the next booking or ticket purchase after you have paid for your booking tickets." Or "လူကြီးမင်းတင်ထားသော Booking လက်မှတ်များအတွက်ငွေပေးချေပြီးမှသာနောက်ထပ် Booking (သို့) လက်မှတ်ဝယ်ယူခြင်းအား ဆက်လက်ဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်မည်ဖြစ်ပါသည်" Plz fix this
