Very disappointed with the hearing aids & the app. Apparently no one knows how to connect them to a Samsung. I hate that they have to connect to the phone to work. Almost every time I try to connect I have to restart my phone. If I just want to adjust the volume I have to reconnect them & then adjust it. For what these cost, THEY ARE JUNK! I can't stream calls or music. When I try to connect them to Bluetooth it says I need the app. Is this not the app? Will never get another Miracle Ear!

beyond upset 2nd time in 6 years second time only said I have a problem I would like to come in have my hearing aid checked immediately. a receptionist on a speaker impossible to understand oh we can't get you in this week. We can do 3 weeks from now. My hearing is comprised I feel helpless that is response I get and I can get them to sync with my phone they will not the app update blows so frustrated crying and angry right now. You are supposed to empower us not make us feel more helpless

For those using this app on your android phone, be aware that you have to download it 3 times: 1 for left ear, 1 for right ear and 1 to connect to wifi. I hope this helps those having problems. When starting the process, you do not have to put your hearing aids into the charger to reset before pairing. Turn off each hearing aid until the red light comes on. Wait the 10 seconds then turn the power button back on until it's green. When the green goes away, you can then pair.
