Every store I have had to stop in has very knowledgeable staff and has taken time to help me. Miracle Ear with the App has been a very good experience and has good warranties on their products. I personally like that we can have a every 4 month visit with the tech,who checks out the Aides and cleans them , replaces tips, all included with your purchase. A free " tune up" Please give it a try, you won't be disappointed.

Very disappointed with the hearing aids & the app. Apparently no one knows how to connect them to a Samsung. I hate that they have to connect to the phone to work. Almost every time I try to connect I have to restart my phone. If I just want to adjust the volume I have to reconnect them & then adjust it. For what these cost, THEY ARE JUNK! I can't stream calls or music. When I try to connect them to Bluetooth it says I need the app. Is this not the app? Will never get another Miracle Ear!

Ok, finally got hold of a great guy by calling the Miracle ear number listed here, he called the hearing aid manufacturer and was told they needed to change the mix w/ audio to 100% instead of 30% which is what is was. Went into the store and they adjusted and now the wavering of sounds softer and louder when watching TV and doing something with your phone is gone!!YEA!!!! I now don't really use the app, just have them paired for convenience to my phone.
