Very disappointed with the hearing aids & the app. Apparently no one knows how to connect them to a Samsung. I hate that they have to connect to the phone to work. Almost every time I try to connect I have to restart my phone. If I just want to adjust the volume I have to reconnect them & then adjust it. For what these cost, THEY ARE JUNK! I can't stream calls or music. When I try to connect them to Bluetooth it says I need the app. Is this not the app? Will never get another Miracle Ear!

it is certainly useful, but often it won't connect with the hearing aids. when it does, I⁰ frequently get red lines instead of green. Meaning? Still I am going to continue using the app. When I carefully clean the aids before charging, results are generally good.

I love my hearing aids being able to hear again properly my only disappointment is not being able to have my hearing aids Bluetooth all the way through so when on a call I would not have to hold my phone to my head but other then that I love my hearing aids life is a little less stressful when you can actually hear what others are saying clearly I wish there was a way to never have to take them off truly love them
