It is very easy to make a reccurent reservation. Not possible to cancel it from the app. It is easy to add your payment card. Not possible to remove it from the app. You need to contact the app support to get such basic functions done. (Once you click on the reply, the chat disappears and no way to find the conversation again). I am out.

I was not happy with my experience. He didn't clean the inside of the air conditioner, only the filter. He said it was because there was tape on the air conditioner. Then he said it's an extra charge to disassemble it and clean it, but there is no description of services on the app. This was a waste of money.

English review though I will admit my husband handled all the logistics and communication with the app.. While on vacation we used this app to have someone check in on our cats, feed them, and clean the litter box. This service cost 15,000 won per day which for the quality of service provided I would say was well worth it. The woman who came to our home sent many messages and photos updating us. She stayed the whole 30 minutes and my cats didn't hide from her. Very happy!
