So unreliable - the app, their is an option to close garage door after x minutes that notoriouslynstops working after the app auto updates. And since I don't know that it updated I don't know there is a problem until garage door is open all night. And no it is not the equipment not responding to the request we thought that until we narrowed it down the app itself. Having poor confidence in its reliability is such a big deal for garage doors.

It's a good app... Not great. The devices occasionally drop (not sure if it's security or network availability, but occasionally you'll see no devices). It's able to do everything I want it to, but it doesn't seem very scalable if you have a lot of devices. For example, all devices load it you create a new scene... If you have three devices it's probably a convenient feature, but if you have twenty then it isn't.

The best thing about this app is they've taken the time to make it natively available in Amazon's App Store on Kindle Fire. The app works pretty good too. One thing I hope can eventually be solved is some things losing their sunrise and sunset schedules and turning on and off at times outside of these settings. It would be nice to eventually have per-device settings for what to do after a device gets power back after a power outage: always off, always on, previous state, or opposite state.
