ok, so many issues with this app. Let me start with the most frustrating one: 1. There is a help chat, but when I type into the chat the text is type from left to right (mirrored) and also you do not get to see what you type while keyboard is visible. Good luck actually getting your message out in Help menu. 2. The app all of sudden stopped capturing historical data on my electric meter device. It does connect to WiFi and show live electricity usage but history is no longer recorded. 90% of reas

Be aware they can unilaterally disable your devices. They sent me notices about a device that had malfunctioned and was sending excessive requests to their servers. I have tons of their devices. They never provided a Mac address, nothing. I guess they expected me to spend HOURS screwing around and trying to magically stumble upon the right smart switch. Welp, they did it for me and now I've got a dead switch sitting in my wall that I can't reconnect. Lesson learned.

It's a good app... Not great. The devices occasionally drop (not sure if it's security or network availability, but occasionally you'll see no devices). It's able to do everything I want it to, but it doesn't seem very scalable if you have a lot of devices. For example, all devices load it you create a new scene... If you have three devices it's probably a convenient feature, but if you have twenty then it isn't.
