I wanted to like the app because I like the website, but it's slow, ths ads are like 2010 scam ads (without mentioning the more disturbing ones) and the ads refresh every two seconds, causing flashing that may trigger migraines or even epilepsy if someone has it bad enough. The ads are distracting as well, making it impossible to focus. I also have found that sometimes articles are not so good as promised by the titles. I don't know how they're chosen, but it doesn't always seem thorough.

Used to really enjoy the positive spin on the news that this app gave me. But when they went to ad support they lost me. The ads are invasive to say the least, you can't get them off your screen and you can't read the articles easily anymore. I'm tired of being harassed by people while I'm trying to read. Until apps find a way to get rid of this b******* I'm going to be reading a lot less on my phone. So much for good news.

App seems to have a bug. It won't open. It just opens on the first logo page and, then, nothing. It just stays frozen on that page. I tried uninstalling it, restarting my phone, re-installing it, but nothing does it. I have been using the app weekly for years, now. Only this week has it seemed to block when I tried opening it as usual
