Ratings and reviews

I can’t verify my identity using my passport. The app uses automatic capture with flash, and the shiny paper of the passport reflects the light, so it can’t be recognized. It sucks. Please update your system to allow manual capture, enable/disable flash, or import images.

Even at Android 10, Gcash can still runs smoothly. However this app with very limited operations has a compatibility issues with my device. Do they really think that everyone keeps upgrading their device. They really fail to capture the demographics. PalawanPay works fine at Android 10 just for your info.

Very frustrating. Frequent system error compared to other e-wallet apps. Refund takes more than a week.
