ive tried to load for how many times and its been rejected and my wallet balance has been deducted and theres no immediate refund at all, compared to the other e-wallet services,. it always say that you have to screenshot for refund, and the transaction history doesnt reflected what the status is., if it is pending or failed, compared before they dont even have a number in their app so that the customer can call right away for whatever problem they may encounter do we need to waste our time

I hope it has an option to verify the account online since you can submit an Identification card online. You to go other branches just to verify your account. I went to the branch 3 times just verify my account. Most wallets verified their account through online no need to go other branch. Thanks reading my concern.

the app is great and quite basic but what annoys me is when you swipe back or tap back on my phone virtual navigation button on the app won't work unless if you can find the back button on the app itself you can go back but if you couldn't find the back button on the app the only way you can do is to reopen the app which is really so annoying..
