Multiple issues with the app. 1) will not recognize when you are in the Home& Away. Have to manually reset parameters every day to stop the notifications when home. 2) when a camera is triggered and you go to see the playback, error " device is removed" or "playback error" every single time unless you force close, go watch another clip then come back to it. 3) can't have more than one viewer which makes it a nightmare when I have to travel, have to set someone else up where I have zero access.

1.) Only one device at a time is very annoying when people share the use of the camera system. Just show the users that there's more than one device viewing the system. 2.) Need to have advanced options like the NVR has so you're not forced to use only a mouse for everything the NVR has but the app does not. Make it more robust. 3.) Maybe unrelated, but the dual lens camera for one customer shows a 4k viewing option while another customer only shows HD and SD. Same settings.

Only allows one user to view at a time. Cumbersome. "New" is not always better, "Lorex Cloud" is a far superior app, just needs connectivity updates like this app has. Real dissapointment. I have purchased many systems online and from Costco. If this is where the app is headed, I sadly won't be purchasing anymore. The app is everything for a camera system.
