Ratings and reviews

The scale/app functionality is not there. Also, the app signs you out randomly. In order for the app to actually record anything coming out of the scale, I have to open the app on my phone, set it up, and test. Otherwise, the scale and the app don't talk to each other. There is no difference from recording the weight myself and logging it into my preferred health app.

Just a paperweight now, out of nowhere. I've had the otoscope for probably a couple years and for the most part it's been fine, just a couple of hiccups where it wouldn't connect for like 10 mins. But now for the past few months, I haven't been able to connect no matter what I do. I've restarted my phone, toggled BT off & on, cleared app cache. Nothing works

Ive never ran into issues at all. In my experience, using the monotoring system, along with being relieved was confident i could rely on the system to pick up any/every motion and relieved how easy it is to go into the video library and find exact time and date of the motion it recorded. Never failed me. Super easy to use. I recommend to friends and family.
