Terrible product and app. Otoscope only connects some of the time and app crashes. I would say "Don't buy this product", but by the time you make it this far, you've probably already purchased their garbage. They also make you set up an account so that they can try to sell you additional products and cloud space.

I was so excited to try this out since I've suffered through countless ear infections, especially as a kid, and always wanted to see what it looked like. I was able to get it to work maybe 50% of the time because of the app glitching. Closed the app, restarted phone...it was a gamble when I could actually get it to do what it's supposed to. At least I was able to see for the first time ever what the insides of my ears look like during an active infection...it was just horribly frustrating.

it's great if you can actually get it to work. it's ridiculous how many times I had to open and close the app, reconnect, and disconnect to the wifi to get through all the freezing and black screens and actually have an operating camera. The ear cleaning device I got is good, but the app really needs to get fixed.
