Ratings and reviews

The biggest waste of money. I bought the otoscope. Read the instructions, watched the instructions, connected to the wifi it asked me to, gave the app full permissions and still would not activate the Hotspot so that I could use the camera. I lost the receipt so I will be throwing this in the trash and never buying another one of their products. I think they should have made it more user friendly. I think bluetooth connectivity would have been better than Hotspot.

Ive never ran into issues at all. In my experience, using the monotoring system, along with being relieved was confident i could rely on the system to pick up any/every motion and relieved how easy it is to go into the video library and find exact time and date of the motion it recorded. Never failed me. Super easy to use. I recommend to friends and family.

I was so excited to try this out since I've suffered through countless ear infections, especially as a kid, and always wanted to see what it looked like. I was able to get it to work maybe 50% of the time because of the app glitching. Closed the app, restarted phone...it was a gamble when I could actually get it to do what it's supposed to. At least I was able to see for the first time ever what the insides of my ears look like during an active infection...it was just horribly frustrating.
