Ive never ran into issues at all. In my experience, using the monotoring system, along with being relieved was confident i could rely on the system to pick up any/every motion and relieved how easy it is to go into the video library and find exact time and date of the motion it recorded. Never failed me. Super easy to use. I recommend to friends and family.

Just a paperweight now, out of nowhere. I've had the otoscope for probably a couple years and for the most part it's been fine, just a couple of hiccups where it wouldn't connect for like 10 mins. But now for the past few months, I haven't been able to connect no matter what I do. I've restarted my phone, toggled BT off & on, cleared app cache. Nothing works

The biggest waste of money. I bought the otoscope. Read the instructions, watched the instructions, connected to the wifi it asked me to, gave the app full permissions and still would not activate the Hotspot so that I could use the camera. I lost the receipt so I will be throwing this in the trash and never buying another one of their products. I think they should have made it more user friendly. I think bluetooth connectivity would have been better than Hotspot.
