The app is very basic for a banking app. Mobile deposit function is frustrating, when you endorse a check it will often not work. I will be submitting multiple checks all with the correct information, clear photo, & in the same lighting; some will be accepted & other not. Also very limited information on deposits, you can't even leave a memo line. When you look at your deposit history it has a line for check # but no information & in spite of taking a photo the check, it is not easy to find!

this app is the worst. it doesn't update as it should and show the latest transactions. lt seems to be a synchronization issue. They do show a running balance under each transaction but the number doesn't always show accurately due to missing transactions that are deducted from balance but not shown in the list of transactions. There should be an accurate balance shown after each transaction but there isn't, often leading to surprise overdrafts.

I have used the app for about two years and it's always been reliable. Until recently. For the past two months each time I tried to log in the app would take minutes to attempt a connection, only to kick me out. Uninstalling and reinstalling the app didn't fix the problem. I log on through the ASB website and it lets me in quickly. I now go through my web browser instead. I don't know what happened, but the app now just sucks. I don't recommend it.
