Ratings and reviews

Justlife has become an unreliable service. I have a regular 3-hour weekly booking appointment with a specific professional, but she has been unavailable for over a month. Despite this, the app continues to show her as assigned, only to replace her at the last minute on the same day. Payments are taken a day in advance, yet I’m only informed of these changes shortly before the appointment. Additionally, the app offers no clear way to contact justlife customer support or address these issues.

Several times they've taken money out of my account when I have not had a scheduled service and/or overcharged for a service. Instead of returning the money to my bank account, they give me a credit for another service. I actually had to make a fraud claim with my bank to get the actual money they wrongfully took from my account last time. There is no feature that allows you to remove all payment methods from the app and when I tried to delete the app I got a message that says I need to email.

I have been using justlife for more than 5 years. The app is easy to use and for the most part I am satisfied with the service they provide. But they have trouble managing their staff assignment so you have to contend with dozens of people coming to your home and providing instructions over and over. Add to that the difficulty of reaching customer support if you have an issue with your booking. There is no way to call them and recently no one is responding on the chat option using the app.
