Ratings and reviews

Several times they've taken money out of my account when I have not had a scheduled service and/or overcharged for a service. Instead of returning the money to my bank account, they give me a credit for another service. I actually had to make a fraud claim with my bank to get the actual money they wrongfully took from my account last time. There is no feature that allows you to remove all payment methods from the app and when I tried to delete the app I got a message that says I need to email.

Very disappointing experience with Justlife. The cleaning quality is poor and often rushed, with basic tasks not done properly. Customer service is frustrating—if you cancel an advance booking even days before, they refuse to refund. We also had an incident where their driver was outside our door shouting at the maid, which was very unprofessional. Overall, the service feels disorganized and unreliable. I would not recommend them.

My wife had made a booking, however the staff later messaged saying they would be late and eventually did not show up at all. and lost the money they charged. There was also no contact number provided for follow-up, which made it impossible to get any update or support. This was very inconvenient and unprofessional. Kindly look into the matter and advise how this will be addressed.
