Ratings and reviews

Justlife has become an unreliable service. I have a regular 3-hour weekly booking appointment with a specific professional, but she has been unavailable for over a month. Despite this, the app continues to show her as assigned, only to replace her at the last minute on the same day. Payments are taken a day in advance, yet I’m only informed of these changes shortly before the appointment. Additionally, the app offers no clear way to contact justlife customer support or address these issues.

I used to like and regularly use this app, but my recent experience was disappointing. I agreed to a set fee for extended service, yet was charged more than confirmed. Support was unhelpful — I was passed between agents without any resolution. While the amount wasn’t large, being overcharged without clear authorization raises concerns. I won’t be using the app again unless this is properly resolved.

While their cleaning professionals are mostly good and could have received 5 stars easily, but the app does not provide any option there is to speak to the admin/ management team for special requests and scheduling of individuals. Every week we get sent different professional and we need to explain all the particulars again. The 3 star is really for their app.
