Ratings and reviews

Mostly very convenient with their salon and cleaning services. Have had issues on a cleaning subscription, was promised the same professional but after 1 month received a different professional who was scared of our small,harmless dog who was outside. She was automatically booked for another session for us even though she said she was not coming. Complications. Nails have been okay, but th professional didn't have the best selection of gel colours unfortunately. There is room for improvement.

Confusing and unintuitive UI. On top of it, non existent customer support which is IMPOSSIBLE to get to. Specific case. 1. Booked for 10am. 2. No one shows up and no one is assigned. Brazenly, they debit my credit card at 10am for full amount. 3. Try contacting chat at 10:20am with Estimated wait time of 3 mins. 25 mins go by and still 3 min ETA. I cancelled all weekly bookings. 4. Somebody responds to chat at 11:40am (1.5 hrs later!!) and goes ahead and books for 6pm without any consent.

App is fine, customer support is really bad. I booked a sofa cleaning session and the guy turned up on time, but didn't clean all of the sofa. he stated that it is too old to clean?? it's not that old!!! He also left a huge black mark on my brand new rug from the machine. I contacted CS they emailed me back, twice, saying someone will reach out in 24 hrs, 3 days now, no contact from them! Not acceptable!!!
