Ratings and reviews

They sell credit packages that they then don't actually let you use. I now have over 600 dirhams of credit that I can't use on any of the services i'd like to book. Instead they automatically split the available credit between small amounts and make it only available on services you don't require. Not very fair updated after reply. You didn't attempt to contact me at all and I'm still unable to use the credit I bought on the services I bought it for.

I had a horrible experience with Just Life. I removed my card from the payment method and used another card to pay for cleaning, but they still charged money from the card I had already deleted. Because of this mistake, I had to pay a fine at the bank. When I contacted customer support, they only sent me an email saying they would get back to me within 24 hours. It has now been more than 2 days and still no response at all. Completely unprofessional and irresponsible.

the worse app, the worse service i ever had in uae it's like it's designed to drive you crazy I had an appointment at 1 pm, no one showed up, called, or even texted The professional number out of service The message in the professional page doesn't work And i can't get help from anywhere inside the app and they stopped supporting customer service via email, so you are on your own This the most terrible and unpleasant experience i ever had!!
