How does it work?

Easy, just download the app for FREE to get in on the action. In your app you’ll get 6 different stamp cards, one for each product category - from sandwiches to sweet treats. Each time you buy a product in a shop or through Click + Collect, you get a stamp. Collect 9 stamps in a category, and the 10th item you choose in that category will be on us.

If that wasn’t enough to make you smile, as a thank you, you’ll get a free hot drink just for downloading and registering on the app. And we’ll send you tasty treats and little surprises, like a free sweet treat on your birthday. Because you know, we’re nice like that 😊

Ratings and reviews

App itself has a great UI but more than once the I've scanned and not received points on my purchases which is the real purpose of having the app. I get that no one needs to give free stuff but it's really off-putting when you make a purchase and scan the app only for the purchases to not register. When it does work it doesn't register until well after you've left the store so it's not like you can be sure while there if it's worked or not.

Frustratingly it seems that every other order using this fails to apply my free items. The receipts show up correctly, so the barcode is being read. It even tells me I've earned a reward, so it's not like the items don't qualify. Makes life really awkward when there's a queue and you have to go back and interrupt to sort out. Ended up walking away the last couple of times.

Been using the app for a while, working around the issues. However a couple of times n iui w the reward has either disappeared quick or not appeared at all. Not able to contact anyone Basic app. Better off with the paper cards Disadvantaged by the app in 2 ways. First is having to load cash. These days google pay and similar could be used per purchase. Second is unlike the paper cards where you reward doesn't expire for well over a year, with the app the reward expires really quickly.
