Very confused with this app. Even after paying my bill, when I return to the home page it will say I have not paid my bill. Selecting a package to renew a contract is all over the place. Why is it not clear what each package offers? Horrible user experience!

Every time need to update the app and the update is mandatory, either to update it or can't use it! Fix this issue and kindly minimize the size of the app.

I like the fact that Batelco started to think about UI changes, but I believe that the one responsible didn't do a good job there is tremendous changes but for the sake for changes only! but not really useful! There is something off, as the one making the layout for the design didn't give the developer certain template and didn't think about user experience at all, am talking about the App and the new website. The UI/UX designers and/or developers should put user experience 1st.
