I paid for item that is available at another city. Payment successfull. Then suddenly, the product is not available anymore. I need to wait for 1x24 hours to solve this problem. Poor customer service, it is more like a robot. Answer questions without empathy and repeat it all the time. Really bad experience

Not recommend for online shopping. First time purchased here and it said deliveries only need 3-7 days (trucking), but i've been waiting for 8 days and it still hasn't arrived yet. Store availability doesn't reflect the actual stock. It said there's a stock in nearby store but it turned out they have to send it from Jakarta. Tracking number also changed. No guarateed delivery. Better buy from the offline store. I feel scammed

Gonna delete this app rightaway. They change the place of distribution so many times and customer service was like broken cassete which is not helpful. I havent receive my item yet until now. The forwarder that they use wasn't good. Called sicepat but actually very slow.
