UPDATE 4: They now foist trackers on you. The reject option on the TV app does not work. The QR code does not go to your options, as stated, but instead just comes up as 'your options have been saved' - hence falsely claiming you accepted trackers when you've actually been trying to reject them. This remains the worst streaming service.

Since the latest update on 16/10/24, the app will load OK. You can ask it to cast to chrome cast but as soon as you start a program the app crashes and shuts down. If you try and reload it, it will keep closing until the program you started to cast finishes. You can delete storage in settings which will allow you to sign in again but if you connect to chrome cast again to control the program it will crash and exit again.

Failed to register. It didn't recognise my email address format, that's despite using quite well everywhere else. It didn't recognise my postcode. It said that my name should only contain letters, which it did. I guess I'll not be able to comment further on My5 if it won't even let me register. All in all a waste of time. Very poor experience.
