Ratings and reviews

My rating is for the MyCWT service and app both. I've had multiple cases where I made reservations through MyCWT, only to find that no tickets were ever issued by the airline. The app won't allow me to make changes to my profile to add a credit card. The customer service agents can usually get issues resolved, but doing so is extremely time consuming. I only use the app because the service is compelled by work; there's no way I would use it otherwise.

Very good! I appreciate the app keeping track of my itinerary but would really love it to help me confirm or reach out to hotels (like, start a call for me from my itinerary) or interface with airlines. i realize how hard these sorts of interfaces would be, but - wow - any help like this would be appreciated. And maybe the app does some of this but i haven't used it enough tio figure out how. !!

Please allow a toggle to un-group different reservations during the week. It is very annoying to have every reservation of the week grouped as one trip. It would be nice to have an option to turn this off. Also, could you create a toggle to turn off the big warning if I have a flight scheduled, but no accompanying hotel reservation? Every time I try to make a hotel reservation to a location, other than the one with the flight, it pre-populates the location with the "flight" city. Annoying.
