Features of the app:
- Forms designer: With a simple drag and drop interface, forms can be constructed in minutes by non-technical users with Access Care Planning forms designer.
- Forms management: Field staff can now manage their form in the most efficient way: scroll, click, scroll, submit - and everything is synchronised!
- Rich data capture: Capture rich data such as pictures, bar codes and signatures. And since both mobile and web interfaces are completely in sync, everyone sees the same thing!
- Business rules: Set reminders, emails, alerts triggering and data changes automation. As with all features of our software, rules can easily be configured by non-technical users.
- Role based access control: Configure which groups of users have view, edit and create permissions on forms and case records. Permissions can be configured easily and deployed instantly.
- Offline working: When the device is connected, data is sent back at regular intervals. When offline, all data is stored securely on the device, and uploaded when back online.
- Data security: All communication between the user devices and server is over an encrypted channel and data stored on the devices is also encrypted.

since the last update (21/05/2025), when completing individual tasks, the miniscule 3 line 'add a comment text box is now hidden behind the onscreen keyboard'. so you can't see what your typing. The overall summary notes are unaffected. A brilliantly dysfunctional update feature. I've tried Microsoft Swift Key & Board on screen keyboards. the report a fault function also appears broken.

Poor syncing with the server. You clock out of a visit and it tags you back in, it syncs previous logs making the most up to date redundant and delete them. It's making our work a nightmare!

Having to use this app by the company I work for... its awful, so long-winded, its slow, always resyncing, if a call as been cancelled you still have to go through all the task's before ending the call, there is no shortcut to end the call... you always have to log in everytime you leave the app.... 2 plus with this app, you can see wat time you start and end the call, if your logged in at one call, you can come out of it and check on your next call your going to...

What’s new

- Geofencing – The app now validates your location when clocking in and out of visits.
- Visit variance capture – If you clock out earlier or later than planned, you'll be asked to select a reason before completing your clock-out.
- Rich text formatting – You can now apply bold, italic, underline, and strikethrough formatting to text fields in form submissions
