I think they should improve their notification system. When I search for a cab and leave the app, there's no notification to tell u that someone has accepted ur order. It's unless I go back to the app then I'd be able to see the status of my order. Or if I never leave the app, then I be able to hear a notification. I don't like this 'cause most of the time I use two different apps to order a taxi and the first to accept my request, I will use. With no notification I 4get that I ordered a cab

This is the best app ever for those who don't want to waste money!! Truely affordable, very low-cost app... I ordered a taxi for airport and taxi arrived 10 minutes before time and driver was very polite and professsional, he helped me with bags and dropped me on time... I highly recommend this app ☺️💯

In the evening pre-ordered taxi for early morning for trip to railway station. Had luggage and wanted to be sure the car will be awaiting in the morning. However in the morning without any explanation my order was cancelled. Had to urgently search for another taxi to catch train in time. Awful experience.
