About this app

This app is only used on Wear OS system in TicWatch S, TicWatch E, TicWatch Pro, TicWatch S2, TicWatch E2, TicWatch C2.

The app is not supported on mobile phones

2.Support working independently (standalone) with a built-in GPS watches.
3.Offers comprehensive statistics and analysis on the phone companion. You can search 'Mobvoi' and download the app on Google Play Store.

To sync the health & exercise data successfully, please follow these steps:

1. Update all the apps "TicHealth/TicExercise/TicAccount/TicPrivacy” on watch;
2. Enable "Data sync" switch in TicPrivacy app;
3. Disable/enable the Bluetooth connection between the watch and the phone.

Ratings and reviews

I'm really disappointed that the tile was removed. I used to keep the tile for the app right next to my dial, it was an easy way to open the app. Now I have to open the menu. Also the app sometimes logs out and I can't use my phone to log in, I have to type my password on the watch. Sometimes, the heart rate sensor won't work and I have to restart the watch (possibly not related to the app though).

I would like to use the tic apps but I can't. This app does not allow to use external heart rate sensor via Bluetooth and because of this I have changed almost tic apps on my watch. It is a shame because the data shown in your app are better then Google fit but the external sensor thing is deal breaker and I can't find another app this functionality that will sync data to Mobvoi.

In the latest update, the app is only using the watch GPS even if connected by bluetooth to the phone. I reinstalled the previous version and the GPS can be used from the phone. Tested on Ticwatch Pro 4G
