Unless I have used 'TicExercise' to start tracking an exercise, this HR measurement app gives absurdly inaccurate readings, even though I have it open and am explicitly asking it to measure right now. The credible HR measurement results during TicExercise tracking suggest it is not a sensor problem, but a problem of how this app uses the sensor. TicWatch Pro 3 Ultra GPS. (I am quite happy with other parts of the watch and its software, but this particular piece is not working as it should.)

What are the bars supposed to mean? The app doesn’t know what my heart rate was or is it a range? The line graph was better! Why does the chart read backwards in time?!? Current data should be on the right, not on the left!!

Update: even after updating the app, I have the same issues. 24/7 monitoring takes breaks where it doesn't try reading. It reads wildly incorrect ratings after each of these breaks (150+ BPM when resting, or 33 BPM) before going back to a more correct rate.

Please upgrade TicHealth to v1.13.0 and see if the HRM tracking work well.
