Ratings and reviews

Couldn't even finish setting up the account because in order to fix a typo in the email address during account sign up, we had to manually request the account to be closed first which requires 2 business days. Just for a typo in a field during sign up that you only enter once. Bad interface design leading to a really poor user experience. First impressions are important and this was a bad one. Maybe it's fine if you never need to contact customer service for even the most minor of issues.

It's honestly a good card to have, but it does freeze here and there sometimes . For example, I can't use cash back at the moment, but I can still use the card. They have challenges where you can earn points and turn that into cash, which is nice . If you earn 100 points, that's 1$, 500 points, that's $5. I think that's my favorite thing about the app. You can also take just 1$ to put that towards goals or emergencies. The only thing I wish they would add is to add another parent to the card.

This app, and this company has me a bit concerned, security wise. They can't seem to be able to rectify a simple error, either. When contacting support to ask about an error when trying to link my bank account, they said vaguely to change my info. You cannot change any of your information in your profile. There isn't anything else to change - you login to your bank via plaid and put in all your information. They then simply said please use one of the other options. Strange idea of support.

What’s new

• You can now split bills with Mo! Just tell Mo who paid and who was there, and he’ll handle the math for you.
For now, Mo helps calculate the split — and soon, he’ll also help you get your money back.
