Ratings and reviews

It's honestly a good card to have, but it does freeze here and there sometimes . For example, I can't use cash back at the moment, but I can still use the card. They have challenges where you can earn points and turn that into cash, which is nice . If you earn 100 points, that's 1$, 500 points, that's $5. I think that's my favorite thing about the app. You can also take just 1$ to put that towards goals or emergencies. The only thing I wish they would add is to add another parent to the card.

So i want to be honest. The app is good, the virtual card is real. But customer services is horrible,robotic and they send a lot of automated msgs. We never received an actual card. I've complained multiple times in like the last 2 months and they keep sending me a form to fill out (which I have like 6 times) and never resolve anything and it is scary because they ask for your SS#. Honestly at this point I rather pay a monthly fee somewhere else.

I have had nothing but trouble with this app. I have two kids, and only one of their accounts work. While the other one will not work, no matter how many times we reset the password or uninstall/reinstall the app. I keep getting the same BS about they are working on the issue. Top priority: The tech team will reach out to you soon. This has been going on since 5-10-24 I'm ready to close the accounts and find another app. VERY DISAPPOINTED
