My insurance company made me get this, and I was willing to give it a chance because it sounded like a really useful tool, but so far, it's been a terrible app that goes offline hourly, and when it disconnects, you have to manually go reset it. Great idea in theory, but device and installation was a colossal waste of money and phone storage.

If your device is continuously going offline, please ensure you have strong signal strength and try using a dedicated 2.4GHz network if your bands share the same name. The app fails consistently at the most important time - when the device detects unusual usage and turns off the water. Then I am unable to turn my water back on. It just spins and spins with no ability to toggle. I have to go online to the web platform instead to turn my water back on (which works perfectly). After that it works again. Been this way for a since the app migration. Please fix, I'm begging you.

It's hard to connect the device. I tried at least 5 times to finally get it connected with my wifi. And now the next day this app keeps crashing. So it's impossible to know what's the status of the shut off device as I'm remote now. My insurance company needed me to install it. But until this app can be fixed, I'd recommend to use some other brand. Suggestion to the IT team - hire some capable folks to rewrite the app. This is not rocket science.
