My insurance company made me get this, and I was willing to give it a chance because it sounded like a really useful tool, but so far, it's been a terrible app that goes offline hourly, and when it disconnects, you have to manually go reset it. Great idea in theory, but device and installation was a colossal waste of money and phone storage.

This app is okay, but not great. It randomly switches between liters and gallons, and assigns usage to irrigation, when I specifically told the app I don't have irrigation. It also tried to shut off in the middle of someone taking a shower twice. It does seem to have figured this one out. connecting to my WiFi was a pain, luckily I was patient and finally got it connected. Seems to have been stable mostly since then.

The app has issues logging the data consistently every day. I constantly have missing data for 2 or 3 days. I know the valve is working and there is data to show due to the integration that I have set up. The Dev team needs to look into the missing data on the graphs. I called support but did not get a call back yet. it's been 3 days.
