About this app

Members can sign into the app using their My Molina User ID and Password to access our secure features, including:

• User friendly navigation
• View health coverage
• View your benefits and eligibility
• View/download and share ID card
• Make premium payments (Marketplace only)
• Manage your payment profile
• Save favorite doctors
• Change PCP
• Access to other services

When you use the My Molina app, identifiers for your mobile device are collected within Google Firebase to create a unique identifier for each application when downloaded.

Got all the way through registration but after hitting submit and waiting nothing happened. Tried multiple times, but there are no error messages, it just doesn't finish the registration. Edit: The issue was apparently that my password didn't meet the requirements, which the app did not tell me. I was able to log in after signing up on the website. So I'll increase from 1 to 2 stars. Edit: Yup, this app sucks. Back to 1 star until this app can do what it says it can.

So I just downloaded this app. download went well, no issues. I haven't actually used any services yet but I looked around the site and didn't have any issues navigating. If I run into any issues on the future I will update my review but so far so good. I did deduct a star because of a pop up saying I was eligible for a 90 day amazon prime free trial with only an accept button and no way to opt out.

For a healthcare app this is pretty barebones. This application does not even offer notifications when you receive messages in the message center. So far my experience with Molina overall has been extremely unpleasant.
