Ratings and reviews

A terrible tech support. it clearly says activation process takes maximum of 24 hours and no support is helpful. i called, emailed and sent to tech support and the answer is always same. Sit and wait. I sat and waited. And what they did? They closed my account. If you value your time and money, seek other apps.

The app itself is user friendly however when it comes to transactions, especially online it gets stuck in the section that you need to approve the payment and then you'll receive a lot of notification to confirm the payment going back to the app. Update as of 1st May 2025: I received a call from the technical team and they've explained what is the reason for the technical issues I have encountered. Terrible experience. Stay away. At first, everything seemed fine, but now it’s a nightmare. Every time even €1 comes in, they ask for proof. Right now, they’ve blocked €330 and frozen my account — for absolutely no reason. It was just a friend reimbursing me €330. That’s it! Only €330! If you want a more reliable online bank, go with Revolut, Dukascopy, or Kingdom Bank instead. Moneybase is not good anymore. I will remove if the situation changes.
