Terrible Experience – Avoid Money Fellows! I had an awful experience with the Money Fellows app and their so-called customer service. The app promises smooth financial management, but in reality, it's a nightmare. Transactions are delayed, the interface is buggy, and worst of all—their customer service is completely useless. I reached out to them multiple times regarding an issue, and every response was either generic, delayed, or completely unhelpful. They don’t take customer concerns serious

After finally getting a notification that the courier would contact me to sign the contract, I was informed that this app cannot be used by non-Arabic-speaking persons and the contract must be signed in Arabic. I'm disappointed because the ad is misleading. Why do you have an English version of the app when it's not intended to be inclusive of non-Arabic speaking persons? Please state clearly that you're not inclusive, you're exclusively catering for Arabic-speaking persons only.

It was a bad experience, not recommended anymore Take a huge amount of administration fees to take earlier rounds & if you will in the middle, you also will pay lower administration fees , but what's the favour you present to me if I should pay advanced instalments for five months & of course I participate in the program to get money earlier, unless program, not effective anymore
