This an app I would pay for but there's no need. Everything is free. There are options to record a number of things plus you can add your care team. They can track your progress with you, send messages, and add things in for you. Highly recommend.

I just started using the app but I really like it. I'm using it with my therapist to treat my OCD. She assigns different exposures and I can plan and log them in the app. It's cool that she can see them real time so I don't have to email her or keep track of word documents. Also your therapist can request you to track other stuff like mood and sleep. It's nice it's all in one location, and again, no emailing multiple files. Also nice bc I don't have to remember everything that happened that week

This app has been a Big part of my recovery and treatment! I appreciate every aspect of this for it fuels my determination and urgency for change/progression! The daily reminders/affirmations are so encouraging and I believe help in solidifying mindfulness! I will be victorious! 💜 ~Marissa
