I just started using the app but I really like it. I'm using it with my therapist to treat my OCD. She assigns different exposures and I can plan and log them in the app. It's cool that she can see them real time so I don't have to email her or keep track of word documents. Also your therapist can request you to track other stuff like mood and sleep. It's nice it's all in one location, and again, no emailing multiple files. Also nice bc I don't have to remember everything that happened that week

few bugs- i don't get notifs even w/ do not disturb off. also removing activities doesn't work. i would also love the ability to permanently remove custom moods & upload my own icon from my device

I love these apps they are all amazing and I absolutely recommend for everyone including family and clinicians!
