This is how easy Moodflow works:
Fill out a quick survey every day and gain insight into the WHAT and HOW it influences you over time.

1. Pick a rating for the day from 1 to 5.
2. Pick the emotions you experienced.
3. (optional) Write a note about everything important from the day.

Ad free and simple. For almost a year I've been rating my mood for the day on a color-coded one to five scale which then shows up as a square of that color on the monthly calendar. That's the basics of it but there are lots of optional bits like putting in a journal entry for that day, choosing specific emotions you felt and putting them on a chart, how many hours of sleep you got+how well rested you felt, just to name a few. All in all a nice, unobtrusive app with lots of features to play with.

This is going to help me so much! I have Combined ADHD, anxiety, and depression. I want to be more productive, but everything seems so overwhelming at times. This all will do a great job of helping my track my emotions, get things done with reminders, and it will help me to build better habits in easy, very manageable steps. I have looked at other apps that are kind of like this, but with all of them, it seems the free version doesn't have nearly as much available as this app.

I used this app for years and thought it was great, but recently got a nice new phone and the app stutters, stalls, then freezes completely whenever I try to type an entry. I have attempted reinstalling, clearing cache, etc. I've sent a few requests to the developers but I haven't heard anything back and the problem hasn't resolved. Now I'm far behind on my daily tracker and I'm really bummed. Beware if you have a newer Samsung - you might just be SOL and have to abruptly end years of progress.
