This is how easy Moodflow works:
Fill out a quick survey every day and gain insight into the WHAT and HOW it influences you over time.

1. Pick a rating for the day from 1 to 5.
2. Pick the emotions you experienced.
3. (optional) Write a note about everything important from the day.
4. (optional) Pick the activities you did during the day.
5. DONE! 😁

As time goes by, these short entries will gather insightful data about yourself that you will be able to analyze in many ways. On the one hand, a Calendar will be filled with colors that reflect your emotional well-being. This will allow you to get an eagle-eye perspective on your life that you never had before. On the other hand, Moodflow comes with data-analyzing tools, that will help you find relationships between a plethora of different factors and your mood. I've been looking for this app forever! I'm using the journal to track my dreams. Using the photo feature to capture my meals so I can correlate symptoms to meals and moods. The routine feature is awesome. It's very user friendly, adaptable and well organized / built. The only thing I'm surprised it doesn't do is period forecasting (you can track it but not predict fertile days or periods).

I like the different ways I can make notes on my days. Overall emotions, note entry, individual emotions, symptoms - can't think of more. However, when inputting symptoms, if I select more than 5 it crashes. I've take to saving my entry, exiting out, and coming back to edit. Still won't let me mark specifics on a sixth symptom. Free version is extremely helpful. The paid version looks promising too. As another reviewer stated, watching ads to help the app doesn't work.

I am SUPER impressed by the free version of this app!! I tried using a different app at first and 95% was locked behind the premium subscription. I set out to find an app that's just as good when it's free and this is it! It has all the tracking I wanted and MORE! I would love to watch some ads to support Moodflow but unfortunately the button never loads. Devs please look into the ad button so I can help support you! (Galaxy S9+ running Android 10) Thank you so much for this wonderful app!
