So far, easy to use. Wish I could choose themes or at least my preferred color, not given. But for the simplicity, I will certainly try it. So many apps have so much in them, it makes my head spin which defeats the purpose. But, I do wish it showed progression so I will see how much my breathing is improving. If it does and I'm not seeing that, please let me know. You need a bigger box for writing a review. The one-line box isn't enough to review and it can't be edited once it's posted.

Does what it says on the tin. Many meditation apps have breathing exercises included but I have never seen an app with this simple of an interface while still having customization options like breathing timing (I end up hyperventilating using other apps). Polished and easy for anyone to use.

Love this app. I can actually remember my days now. I set my own timer on my phone for 15 minutes. My quality of life has improved in many ways. So simple to use. I like the circle and if I change the color it brings to mind different aspects of my days. Would like to know what study they used for the default breathing; which works best for me.
