MoodTrackMe is a structured mood journal and tracker that allows you to regularly record your mood, sleep, energy, and stress levels. You can also document individual factors such as physical symptoms, social influences, activities, or personal notes. This makes mood tracking a clear and comprehensible form of self-monitoring. Over time, you'll recognize patterns, changes, and potential early warning signs.

A regular mood diary can help you better understand bipolar mood swings, depressive phases, stress-related peaks, or PTSD-associated triggers. MoodTrackMe does not replace therapy or diagnosis, but it can be used as a digital therapy tool or for independent self-monitoring.

Instead of simply recording a number each day, every entry connects mood, energy, sleep, stress, activities, and social factors into a holistic overview. The app visualizes trends, patterns, and potential early warning signs in a clear, structured, and concise way. This gradually creates a clear picture of your personal dynamics.

Customizable Emergency Plan and Interactive Skills

A key component is the customizable emergency plan. Here you can store personal strategies, important contacts, and individual measures for difficult situations. This is complemented by interactive skills from proven therapeutic methods such as guided breathing exercises, progressive muscle relaxation (PMR), grounding techniques, a digital worry vault, and structured reflection exercises. The guided exercises lead you step-by-step through stabilization techniques and can be used directly within the app.

PDF Export for Therapy and Reflection

You can export your entries as a structured PDF. This is ideal for psychotherapy, medical consultations, coaching, or your personal evaluation. The clear presentation makes it easier to discuss developments together.

Optional Health Connect Integration
If desired, sleep data can be integrated via Health Connect to better visualize the relationship between recovery and mood. Use is voluntary, permissions can be revoked at any time, data is not shared with third parties, and it is displayed exclusively within the app.

MoodTrackMe was developed in compliance with GDPR. There is no cloud requirement, no advertising, no tracking, and no profiling. All data remains stored on your device.
