Moostoo is the event app with AI matchmaking built in. It reads what you offer and what you're looking for, then tells you who to meet, which sessions to attend and which booths to visit, each with a reason. Request a meeting in one tap. Around that sit the program, your own agenda, messages, exhibitors, the venue map and the badge that gets you in the door.
Built for conferences, trade shows, summits and B2B matchmaking events that run on the Moostoo platform. Sign in with the email you registered with and your event is ready.
AI MATCHMAKING: WHO TO MEET, AND WHY
Fill in your profile, say what you offer and what you seek, and the AI Recommendations screen does the reading for you. People, sessions and exhibitors are ranked for you, each with a short reason, and the best matches carry a Recommended badge in the attendee directory. Request a meeting straight from a suggestion, dismiss the ones that don't fit, or search the directory with the filters your organizer set up. Colleagues from your own company are never suggested, and people you can't book a meeting with never top the list.
At the end of your profile, Moostoo drafts a short networking summary from your answers. You edit it, regenerate it or confirm it, and from then on matching reads the summary. Other attendees never see it.
WHAT'S NEXT FOR YOU
The home screen answers the question you have right now: your next session or meeting, today's agenda, your best matches and the organizer's latest announcements and polls. From the day before the event, a My badge button puts your QR code on the home screen so you can walk up to the door without digging through email.
THE PROGRAM AND YOUR AGENDA
Browse every session, track and speaker. Add the sessions you care about to your agenda and see what's up next. When a session changes rooms, the program updates and an announcement reaches your phone as a push notification, if you allow them. At online and hybrid events, live-streamed sessions play in the app.
MEETINGS AND MESSAGES
Send and answer meeting requests, and keep every confirmed meeting on your agenda with its table or room. At online and hybrid events, meetings run as video calls inside the app, with a waiting room to check your camera and sound. Chat one-to-one with other attendees, join group chats, and write to the event team through Contact organizer.
EXHIBITORS AND THE VENUE
Search the exhibitor list, open booth pages, bookmark the companies you want to visit and book booth meetings where the organizer offers them. The venue map shows the floors, what's happening in each room now and next, which exhibitor is at which booth, and walking times between them.
KNOW BEFORE YOU GO
Organizers add their own pages to the app menu: arrival information, Wi-Fi, dress code, shuttle times, the evening reception. It's in the app instead of an email you'll never find again.
TICKETS AND BADGES
If your organizer uses Moostoo for ticketing, your tickets, order details and badge are in the app too.
FOR EVENT STAFF AND EXHIBITORS
Working the event? The entrance and session scanners are in the same app, shown only to the event team. Running a booth? When the organizer turns on lead scanning, your booth team scans attendee badges from the phone they already carry, and every scan becomes a lead.
YOUR DATA STAYS IN REGION
Every event's data, including the AI matching, is kept in the region the organizer chose: Canada or the European Union.
WHAT THE ORGANIZER DECIDES
Your organizer chooses which pages the app has, what attendee cards show, who can see and message whom, and whether match scores are visible. If something described here is missing from your event, it has been switched off.
