cant look at group fitness and other option in the app because it says my account isnt active. also at first my barcode kept disappearing and had to keep signing up for it to show. now the barcode stays but I cant use group fitness option and it doesnt count the times I visit the gym so it stays at 0. I need help fixing this

Is just stuck in this weird abyss - doesn't show any of my info even though I signed in. tried to delete and reinstall, still says the same thing. it's just all blank and has a button for 'cancel your app account' totally useless!

the worst transition possible. i try to use the website, and they tell me I have to use the app. Then I try to use the app and they make me "activate" an account on this new app... Round and round, I go. Hey now not a single self service works period I cannot use the website.I cannot use the app.There is no point
