it has not loaded correctly the last 3 days! it's not opening. I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled it. I have turned my phone completely off, and after 10 minutes, I restarted it. The app still isn't loading. I have an Android.

Great application, however if you need help with it maybe best to ask one of the instructors for help or who to call if you need help with this app. Unfortunately, my experience with the local member service staff has been disappointing. Although, this post is supposed to be about the app, it's also important to obtain help with it is essential. This post is based on local facilities who have seemed to prioritize quickness or quality. A quick reminder that being a client/membe is a choice.

Most of the time this works great but I prefer the desktop rather than the phone. It is slow and sometimes unresponsive on the phone and does not always let me login.
