Using the Mobile Assistant app, connect your old phone and new phone over wi-fi, and select the types of files you need to transfer. Select local photos, videos, music, call logs, SMS, and contacts.

Device to Device support only

Cloud storage is not included in data transfer



Steps to connect:

1. Install the Mobile Assistant app on both phones and make sure they are both connected to the same wi-fi account

2. Make sure to set the permissions for the Mobile Assistant to access your files when prompted

3. Starting with your new device, launch the Data Transfer feature inside the app, and select the "Receive Data" option for a new device

4. On the old device, launch the Data Transfer feature and select the "Send Data" option and which OEM the old phone is.

5. The new device will search for the old device, once the old device icon pops up, tap it and the connection process

misguiding System Hardware vibration . even though my motorola signature has perfect vibration and it's functional during calls and notification but in this troubleshooting app when I hit vibrate menu multiple times or hold that button for few seconds mobile does nothing .. ideally it should vibrate .. but that is not happening. it's application bug not a hardware bug.. 1st fix this.

First of all optimize this app or change its name to Moto Shar because the name given to it does not tell what kind of app it is. I work in a mobile shop, I came to know about it today. I have never done this before. I transfer data daily from my old phone to my new phone. I transferred data from my Oppo clone phone to my Vivo Esyshar. I thought that Moto should also have a best app which can transfer data between mobile phones in one click. ka data copy ho jaye mobile number all photos video

I appreciate that WiFi data transfer is convenient, but in my case WiFi chip failure was the reason for having to get a new phone. One star, since the app is unusable in my case, sorry.
