I use to like this company, but as of lately their phone been nothing but a pain in my, y'all know what! Everytime an app is downloaded I have to spend at least 3-4 times a day deleting and re-downloading the same app just to have it work. What's interesting as well, this phone is not even 2 years old and on top of that, when I bought it, I had the insurance on it. But, once I took the insurance off it, all of a sudden the phone itself starts acting up. I find that a coincidence 🤔🧐..

Bloatware pre-installed like every other manufacturer, I'm only mentioning it because Motorola devices as well as actual Android devices are the only ones with owning anymore. And actually would get a five-star review if this was simply a checklist of things that could be installed. As opposed to something I had to actively uninstall with a bunch of other software and games that came preloaded on a brand new phone.

After the new update, it keeps stopping so I can't switch between apps that are currently open, I can't close them either so I have like 10 apps open at the same time, side bar feature doesn't work either, despite the fact that the instructions came with the phone, overall everytime you guys make an "update", actually make it worse, Motorola is seriously pushing away their customers and support doesn't even care to read the feedback or help whatsoever
