Ratings and reviews

I use this app on my Xbox and my phone. However, out of the 57 movies that I actually do have (access them all on Xbox app), only 24 of them show up on my phone. Pretty ridiculous if you ask me. Anything from paramount, lions gate or Mgm will not show up on this app. Why they don't support them is beyond me. Would be nice to know that I could watch what I own someplace other than on my Xbox. Between you and Microsoft and myself...DO BETTER! Never have issues otherwise.

I mainly downloaded this so I can have the movies on my youtube and microsoft account in one place. Unfortunately, the number of studios they don't have access to must be pretty large, because out of my two dozen-ish movies on both accounts altogether, only two movies show up in the app. I'd wait until this app has a larger library of movies to access before making an account, if all you're using it for is putting all of your digital movies in one place.

This is an update to my previous review, the customer service was so great to email me very quickly and did not stop until my issue was fixed! So this app is great, i can listen to speakers or Bluetooth earbuds with no delay, there is a "download for offline" feature which works great and it gives you all information about the video/Movie (Genre, Director, Ratings, etc.) I will definitely be using this more and more!
