I would like to suggest to modify to be easy to use and to settle the error encountered by the user. I have the balance but i cannot check and i cannot use. So i press the open account it show that i have already registered. Please kindly changed software engineer or software house, to modify and to debug.

The YPS app still needs improvement. Even though I top up in advance and check my balance before taking the bus, the bus machine often shows “insufficient balance.” This problem happens many times, not just once. Instead of only promoting the card, please fix the app and make top-ups easier and more reliable.

Not useful and it sucks. The search can't find anything. It doesn't fulfill the only task which is to know which bus to take but it has other sections like entertainment which is unnecessary. Should make easier to use for Bus number searching and focus on that.
