Updated review: it got worse! You won't receive the full loan amount and the due date is every 15 days and not monthly bypassing the allocated maximum interest rate per month. I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS LOAN APP. Unfortunately you are trying to cheese the boundaries of RA 3765. I'll just close this last loan and uninstall this app. it didn't change for the better. I still can't request a copy of my loan documents to save for my records. CS still keeps giving roundabout answers. very sad

interest is too high. i am very disappointed because i used the apps for more than 1 year., and one time i cannot pay on time, they harrass me and my family all is documented. just don't install the application. they did not help people. they down people with so many interest and fees. and they advertise that the loan is term is 45days or 180days but in truth, you have to pay within 15days with full payment you borrow plus the interest while u borrow full you receive not full amount. DO NOT.

You keep calling but when I ask for the code, you won’t give it. How am I supposed to pay if my # [account/number] got logged out? When I try to log back in, no matter what I do, you really won’t give the code. Looks like you're stuck with a login code issue. # usually means "number" or "account" here. Need help fixing that login problem?
