The MyCostco Employee Portal App gives employees the ability to view their schedule, time-off balance and pay information in one place.

MyCostco also links to important sites and services, including Costco Benefits and Employee Self-Service (ESS).

We will continue to enhance MyCostco Employee Portal to provide important features and tools.

A huge pile of doodoo. No app should be this bad. Was easier to get info before the app. Now it sends you in circles and often doesn't work. Can't see paystubs or schedule 90% of the time. Completely unacceptable. Edit: You say they are different apps/websites... that is part of the problem too. We shouldn't have to go to 3 different sites to get the basic info to do our jobs. The links between sites still needs to work or what is the point

There is no option for viewing your password as you log in. Corporate keeps forcing us to make more difficult and elaborate passwords but we can't even see what we're typing on these little cell phone keyboards and after three tries we get locked out! Please fix. Also, biometrics would be awesome so I don't have to get the email passcode every time I log in. So far, this app is basically worthless and is more difficult than just logging in through the website to check my schedule.

The app logins like the ess website. The interface is different but acts too much like the ess site. For a mobile app it needs to be more gear towards a mobile app UX and not like a desktop experience. And also, I understand the security aspect with combining with PingID behind it, but requesting your credentials more then two times is too much plus fingerprint or face recognition isn't available. Security is too much for an employee who just needs to login to check their schedule.
