A huge pile of doodoo. No app should be this bad. Was easier to get info before the app. Now it sends you in circles and often doesn't work. Can't see paystubs or schedule 90% of the time. Completely unacceptable. Edit: You say they are different apps/websites... that is part of the problem too. We shouldn't have to go to 3 different sites to get the basic info to do our jobs. The links between sites still needs to work or what is the point

Schedule function is horrendous. Have had multiple occasions where I am stuck in a loop with pingID and having to sign in and out and in again. So frustrating!! It is understandable that things need maintenence and need to be updated but there isn't any other way to check at least give us employees more than one option! I miss the old ESS this is so inconvenient for employees that cover multiple departments and that dont have a set schedule! Do better Costco!!

So. Before this most recent update to the scheduling part, the app was just fine, annoying since using my computer with my VPN and 3 malware protectants was better for checking my schedule, but you killed ESS, for unknown reasons, and now it's not working very well for schedules. I don't like it at all, but I am forced to use it since my schedule is constantly updated/changed as different depts need coverage.

Thank you for sharing your feedback with our team. The schedule function in MyCostco is temporarily undergoing updates as we transition to a new timekeeping system. In the meantime, please refer to ESS, UKG Pro or the schedule posted in the warehouse for your schedule information.
