Ratings and reviews

Notification hell! It won't let me turn them off and for some reason it spams me to hell and back, which clogs up my notification something awful. It also likes to buzz individually for each one and people seem to think early in the morning is the best time to do badges. I don't care if Susan, Tom and Harry from another store earned some kind of level 1 thing!

I've used this on iPhone and now on Android. This app is built for Android. With my iphone I had issues with viewing shared images, viewing old comments, posting... My unfortunate move to the clunky Android OS has one silver lining. This app now works properly. My two-star review is an average of my experiences on both platforms.

Have to use it because of work. It does work for the most part, but pretty clunky and feels messy. Colleagues regularly miss notifications too. Unfortunately meaning we often default back to other, less secure messaging apps.
