It shouldn't be this difficult to upload a few simple pictures. You guys need to make it easier to select multiple files, and to edit the information (eg: choosing RD or SN) after they've been uploaded. Also, sometimes the photos I've selected didn't even upload at all. And why are we not able to Upload or View these photos when logged into ROSS via desktop computer? Ugh.

I only connect via WiFi. The app insists on asking over and over and OVER, do I want update data. Even though I know I am connected to wifi, it will not upload photos. Telling me to connect to the internet. Then if you uninstall and reinstall, you loose any photos waiting in the que. Poor implementation.

Thank you for your feedback. User feedback is very important as we strive to improve the app. We did observe that the Android 9 and Android 10 versions were not uploading pictures automatically, so we released a fix for that. Please update the app and let us know if it is working better for you. Thank you!

Wont work. Re installed app, wont load, risk of losing my job because of this. Now what? After some major help from the administrator and project manager, app is working perfectly!!

Kelly, it sounds like the app did not install correctly. Please make sure that the app is uninstalled, and try re-installing it when there is a good internet connection. Then, try launching it to make sure that it is working. If you have any issues, please notify me at tzahniser@msa.com.
