Ratings and reviews

Could be good, but too basic - not enough user settings. You either get all alerts or none. Can't pick just emergencies or by category (e.g. events, infrastructure, weather, etc). Get multiple notifications per day, but on the notifications tab, you only see the previous month, so if you dismissed it, it is hard to find again.

Nothing in central new York. Didn't even get to use it because there was absolutely no alerts or any information in central new York area. Not may downloads so I'm sure it's attributed to that. It's a good idea and maybe I'll try again when it receives more downloads. It's completely free however. You creat an account which is relatively quick. After adding your address it will add all your surrounding areas. You can also add what ever areas you would like to.

This is how I found out about the 28s exit to the highland park bridge being closed until September. Also, it had a bunch of helpful information about the cheswick tower implosions. No ads and helpful info? Sign me up!
