Almost more than 1 year passed after opening an account. No one called for anything forget about service. Even relationship manager's number has been blocked for incoming calls.

The app is user friendly,but frequent breakdowns and temporary problem fixing gives hard times on the exact time of stock trading time.Needs lots of improvement in this app as compare to other trading apps.

Whenever there are active trading opportunities in the market, their mobile app never works. I've been getting 505 null messages since this morning. Pathetic. It's a shame.
