I forget my pin, it is a month I am involved with it, they say while registering my Atoma Pay instead my id number entered my phone number which their agent registered for me now they say we can't reset it for you first fix it , when i go to agent they say we don't have the option to edit id card number in Atoma Pay, I used it and now I forgot my pin, already have some money inside it it stuck, their is no customer support nobody take ownership and give me the solution where to fix it

i am a software engineer and i build such applications like this .i have a very bad experience with this application .i am new and try to sign up. Every time I open the application, I send a request for TP. When I receive the OTP, then I put there, it says to please correct it.

This app has a painful sign up process with the UX designed by kids. I'm a software engineer and I couldn't figure it out. Good Luck
