It's a very beautiful app, but seems very clunky and lags way too much. Sometimes I encounter errors after submitting my selections and information. Some of the things like seat change map does not fit within the screen height of my phone. The app should be re written from the ground up for more fluid experience.

Worst app ever. Not user friendly at all. Very slow at loading pages. Some pages wouldn't even load at all, this is not good.🙄 The older version was better and easier to find certain information. How many times do you need to log in to verify yourself? I want to be able to click on my past flights to retrieve information and i can't even do that because it thinks i want to modify something! Pathetic!!Why isn't milage updated automatically? I think we need a new developer to fix this mess.

Slow, inconsistent behavior. If you select extra baggage and don't pay it still shows that you have booked for extra baggage. Even if I select no extra baggage option it shows that extra baggage booking. The app loads very slow and sometimes several times need to open and close to get to the option. Not a user friendly app for navigating through and understand the details.
