This app offers insights about your past meals and, it collects the data to see which food groups you consume the most and least. That is a premium feature but it's not a deal breaker to uninstall the app for it. It's only $1 and they don't shove their in app purchases in your face like many other apps do. You can track your water intake. There is even a self reflection log about your diet. So you can jot down any goals you want to make in order to do better. The best food diary that i used.

I think this would be good for someone who is wanting a very detailed tracker for the food they eat. Not exactly what I was looking for. I want something more simpler. More like a diary/journal. This has a lot of different features and I don't need them. I wanted something easily accessible and I could jot down what I had. I don't think it's a good fit for me personally.

The layout looks nice, but oh my God, is it glitchy. I tried putting in what I ate in the morning, and it kept switching it to nighttime. I had to redo so many of the things I wanted to add. Ended up just deleting the app because it was frustrating me so much.
