love the app because it's easy to use the app to create orders and view how much is in your account , view your previous transactions and I love the interface, however the fact that I don't have the option to top up my account using the app and have to revert to using my simple phone using the ussd is inconvenient. And I find it a struggle adding receivers using the app especially SA based reciepient have to use the simple phone again hopefully the update will have such options.

The app used to be okay as i could see my account balance but now there's nothing. I can't see my account balance on the app, only how to send money. This is not nice at all

Literally nothing works in this app. You can't search the country you're sending to cos of some error. And therefore can't do anything. I can't even add a new recipient to try go another route, cos that error happens each time there needs to be a search. So it's pretty useless.
