I'm so disappointed, I pre-ordered my trip the day before, and the driver was assigned 5 mins after my request. I waited for almost half an hour, but she didn't show up. I called the customer services 3 times but no one answered. I had to cancel the trip and order Uber so I barely can reach my lecture on time. The app doesn't provide any direct communication between the customer and the driver, no number to call nor location to detect. I was so excited to use it but you disappointed me so much.

Well still gnna try u guys but i think u need some good marketing and good management because you have a very special fact which is now days we rly need safer rides as females sinceately uber and careem drivers aren't as safe any more, i can help you out with making a plan and feel free to contact me. Anytime but i had to leave this msg because im a female who certainly need safer rides as well so im an end user yet someone who can help you make better appearance.

While you oblige us to agree on terms and conditions to register I clicked on the link for the terms and conditions on the registration page to read them and the link took me to the main page of your website! I searched for them on your website but couldn't find any information about them , i sent a message asking about the terms and conditions but there was no reply!!!! How come you want us to agree on something we dont know?!!
