Worst exprince have been chasing after a missing part for one week now and no one is helping me and i still didnt reseve it ! So the training potty is just setring there in my home with no use !! Every time i text they say they will send email update me and no one is sending anything worst worst castumer servise ever if there is zero star i will put ..plus am asking for a refund now and also now one is helping am saying come take the product i dont want the missing part and still no help !!!

Very bad service, worst experience. I have ordered on 28th April still didn't receive my one package. Very poor customer service, no tracking for customer complaints. Everytime have to start as a new complaint and they have only one response will do necessary asap. So bad experience with the delivery.

it doesn't work. whatever you click, it will give an error message "something went wrong". You cannot use the app anymore FOR ANYTHING!
