Ratings and reviews

The app is deceiving: it offers coupons but in reality nothing works as they promise. Instead of helping me, the support tells me to go the store and deal with the staff manually, which is difficult because my Spanish isn't good - why do I need your app then? Learn from other shops - coupons should work correctly and automatically. The UI is chaotic and hard to orient and can't be in English. Screenshots aren't allowed - weird and inconvenient.

The app always has problems. It logs me out and says my login info is incorrect each time it updates, and whenever I try to shop online it says there are no items available in informática. It also automatically ASSUMES I want to look at the store closest to me instead of the one I have marked as my favorite.

I downloaded the app on two of phones but it isn't working on either of them. It just says there's no account associated with this email or phone number whereas I had created the same account almost 20 times. I wanted to order a toy car for my kid. I m really disappointed with carrefour web.
