I am in mid 70's and definitely need to exercise. I have currently purchased the one week subscription and just finished day 2 of the Tai-Chi exercises. Love the slow movement of the exercises. I also needed to improve my balance. A couple of the day 2 exercises required balance and I was having a very hard time with them. But will assess my thoughts on me sticking with the app in another few days. If I don't stick with the app most likely it will be because of my problem with balance.

If you're already fit, this app may be fine for you. I used the beginner strength training module and by the 2nd session already couldn't perform 2 of the first 3 excersises. You can't customize the workout to do something similar but less intense. Can't get a refund because it comes with a "custom diet plan". Shouldn't have baught the 3 month plan, I guess. The app still has some maturing to do. Can't pause between workouts. Can't connect to other health apps like Samsung or Google Fit.

This app is a total fraud. They promised a personalized plan, never received it. The app is not at all user friendly so when i spoke to support about it, they increased my trial period by 15 days, but then shortened the fully paid cycle by 15 days. Horrible customer support as well. Anyway, it is horribly overcharged. many other apps offer the same content at a fraction of the cost
